If you have insurance, the fee is based on the pre-arranged reimbursement fee schedule established by the designated insurance company.

 

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Welcome to my world of creating a Pure Mind. I am Miyesha C. Swayne a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Associate. My passion is guiding individuals of all backgrounds towards a lifestyle where maintaining a Pure Mind is integral to your well-being.

 

I integrate Solution-Focused, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy interventions, and Motivational Interviewing in my treatment approach. I draw on past experiences to craft personalized solutions for managing life's challenges. With a focus on women who are new to motherhood, children, adolescents, and adults, I provide support for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and ADHD. 

 

My academic journey includes a Bachelor's in Behavioral Social Sciences, and a Master's in Social Work from North Carolina Central University. I am currently pursuing a Doctors Of Social Work at Walden University. 

 

I am dedicated to expanding my expertise through the completion of a certification in ADHD Treatment Beyond Medication. I am a trained Play Therapist who will also soon explore a Play Therapy Certification Program at UNC Pembroke.
